Express was honored to have been a major participant in the recovery
efforts of the Space Shuttle Columbia. Recovery efforts to discover
the cause of the disaster began almost immediately and Helicopter
Express participated with NASA to search over a debris field that
was larger than any accident site NASA or the Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA) had ever encountered. We have also assisted
FEMA and various power companies after hurricanes, tornados, and
other natural disasters have disrupted lives of citizens around
the country. Helicopter Express is uniquely suited to respond quickly,
efficiently to any natural or man-made disaster – we bring
years of experience to the field.
